General

Gogoida currently operates in Dhemaji, North Lakhimpur & Silapathar.
Yes, we charge for delivery & charges are mentioned on the app at the checkout page.
The delivery timings are different for different locations. Usually we deliver order between 9 AM to 10 PM.
As of now, we don't have any minimum order value and you can order for any amount.
Delivery times vary by the location you selected and prevailing conditions. On checkout page, an estimated delivery time is mentioned for your reference.
Currently we not support this functionality. However, you can place orders for individual items from different restaurants/stores.
Change in delivery address is not possible after you have placed an order with us. However, if you have received delivery partner details, you can directly call him, else you could contact our customer service team through call & chat.
For restaurant order, you can raise a complaint within 30 minuties from the time of delivery. For grocery order, it depends on the category in which the product falls into: 3hrs for fish, meat, frozen food & dairy category including milk, eggs and bread; 12hrs for other categories; no restiction for insect, fungus, expired products. Payments

Payments are accepted via any major credit/debit card, net banking, UPI & app wallet through PayTm PG & Razorpay. Also have a option for cash, qr pay on delivery.
You'll get the receipt after the successfull delivery of an order. You can find this on my orders page in app.
